tourism is a major money maker in Jamaica, however the tourism industry faces many problems. i believe that teenagers can help to solve these problems. how can teenagers contribute to the growth and development of tourism in Jamaica?

 

Jamaica will be hosting the largest travel show in the Caribbean - Caribbean Marketplace this weekend at the recently opened Montego Bay Conference Center. How do you think the addition of this new facility will impact on Jamaica as a destination?

how can we influence teenagers to make a positive impact on tourism through the tourism action club?
The tourism industry has made a vast input on the jamaican economy however we as teenagers fail to recognize this....how can we, as leaders, of our tourism action club in our schools make a positive influence and persuade our peers to also get involved?

Does crime in Jamaica have any impacts on the tourism industry? If so, what are they? Do you think that crime in recent months has caused a decrease in the number of visitors to the island?

The theme for World Tourism Day - September 27, 2010 is Tourism & Biodiversity, why do you think it is important for tourism interests to pay attention to biodiversity?

My club today gave a small donation to the Spanish Town infirmary of bleach and tissue. We felt so good in giving back to the community and hope to do so quaterly. Will have a picture up soon.
